We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, cash and bank transfer. Sorry, no cryptocurrency.
All payments are due 5 days before the date of the scheduled home check. We'll send out invoices and let you know with plenty of time so that payment can be made easily.
You can let us know the alarm codes so that we can enter the home without triggering an accidental emergency alarm. Also, by us knowing the alarm codes we can help in the event the alarm is triggering when no one is at the house. Feel free to change the alarm codes again when you are back to living in your Florida home.
You could. But can you count on your neighbor to check all of the 40 different things that we do and to the same level of detail? Will they take digital pictures and send them to you for added detail and for your peace of mind?
We'll take 8 minimum but are willing to take as many a you like. We'll always take a picture of the outside (front, back and from other angles where it makes sense) as well as the main areas of the house.
We will always send you an email with the attached completed checklist as well as any notes or potential issues or questions. The email we send will also contain a link that will show you the 8+ digital photos of your property for that home watch visit. These photos are backed up to our servers and will always be available.
We will follow the schedule that we design with you in advance (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.). As far as specific day and time, we will always email you in advance to let you know the exact day and time frame so there are never any random, unscheduled, unknown visits.
When we check your home, we will always leave a card that says when we were there and who was there. In addition, the digital photos we take (and send to you in an email) are digitally stamped with the date and time.
Definitely, we can. We can customize the service you need while you're away and work that into the plan and pricing. Just ask us and we will work with you to handle all of your needs while you are away.
